Wonderful Person, Excellent Attorney

Wonderful defense attorney

Timothy Emry, accepted my nephews cases without a delay. Although, things may have appeared bleak(Guilty). Mr. Emry never arbitrated my nephews situation and he treated each case with sensitivity, radical efforts, as well as professionalism. His communication was open and I could contact him anytime whether it was email, text, or by phone. Best Experience I’ve ever had with a Lawyer of any kind.

Being innocent of the charges against me certainly made Tim’s job easier but the fact that Tim got all of my charges dropped very quickly (before the trial) without me ever having to speak to anyone but him I thought was pretty impressive. The DA wanted to give me a “Deal” but Tim wouldn’t be bullied. I paid other attorneys more to do less. –Steven
